🌸 Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible women reading this today! 🌸
Today, 30th March 2025 is Mothering Sunday, here in the United Kingdom. And as we enjoy the day, our day, 💕 I just want to take a moment to acknowledge the love and strength in every woman; beautifully and wonderfully made, for His glory! This letter is especially for the queens among us — single mothers, grandmothers who raised children alone, and even the wives quietly carrying the weight of parenting solo, in the United Kingdom and yonder.

ToggleToday, I honour you.
👑 Dear Queen,
You’re doing an amazing job. Yes — you.
I want you to take that in — slowly. Breathe it in. You. Are. Doing. An. Incredible. Job.
You are a good mum.
You may not hear it enough, but I want you to know that you are a good mum.
Even on days when you feel like you’re not getting it right. Even when the exhaustion feels too heavy and the tears come too easily. Your strength, your love, and your faithfulness speak louder than any doubts or criticism.
Wherever you’re reading this from today, chill for a moment and receive this: You are seen. You are loved. You are doing better than you think.
Mothers are like glue. Even when you can’t see them, they’re still holding the family together. – Susan Gale
💪🏽 Your Role Is Holy Work
God entrusted you with a divine assignment — raising, nurturing, and guiding another soul. It’s sacred work. It’s not always easy. Doing it alone comes with a unique weight.
But queen, you show up. Every single day.
You carry burdens others don’t see and pray prayers they’ll never hear. And through it all, you continue to rise with grace, love, and resilience.
👏🏽 Single Mothers, Don’t Let Society Define You
Society has its definition of single mothers. You may have encountered judgment or stigma, but hear this clearly: you are not less than. You are not broken. You are not a statistic.
You chose to love. You chose to stay. You chose to raise your child with everything you’ve got.
Scripture reminds us in 1 Timothy 5:8: “But if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.”
This verse is a testament to your daily sacrifice — providing, protecting, and persevering. What you do matters deeply. And heaven celebrates you.
✨ The Beauty in the Ordinary
You wake early to pray, prepare meals, and send them off to school. You do homework, go to work, pick up toys, attend meetings, manage the budget, and soothe them to sleep. Then you wake up and do it all again.
And yes, sometimes you’re running on empty. Your patience runs thin. Your voice rises. You wonder if you’re failing.
But let me assure you, you’re not failing — you’re human.
Even the strongest mothers need rest. Even the most faithful ones feel weary. But God never expected you to do it all in your own strength.
🤍 Single Mothers, You’re Never Alone
Mama, your heavenly Father is with you. He walks beside you through every mess, every milestone, and every moment in between.
You may feel alone, but you are not.
You may feel unseen, but God sees every act of love, every sacrifice, and every tear.
He strengthens your hands. He quiets your anxious heart. He fills in the gaps where you can’t reach.
🕊️ You Are More Than Enough
You are your child’s fiercest protector and greatest cheerleader. You don’t just meet needs — you pour out love with every fibre of your being.
If no one has told you lately:
- You are powerful.
- You are radiant.
- You are a masterpiece of grace and grit.
- You deserve rest, joy, support, and celebration.
- You are deeply, deeply loved.
🍞 When It’s Not Enough — God Multiplies
Remember the five loaves and two fish in Matthew 14:13–21?
God took what seemed like “not enough” and made it more than enough.
That’s what He’ll do for you. He will multiply what you have. And when you’re at your limit, His grace will meet you right there.
🙏🏽 A Prayer for You, Mama
As we celebrate Mother’s Day, I pray that you feel God’s love freshly and tangibly.
May He renew your strength, fill your heart with peace, and give you grace for every part of the journey.
May He remind you that He is with you, for you, and within you.
And, may you lead your children with patience, wisdom, and a deeper walk with God.
💜 Final Words for Single Mothers
I feel you. I see you. I honour you. And I thank God for you and with you!
You are not just a mum — you are a living, breathing testimony of God’s goodness and grace.
So today, lift your head, queen. You’re doing beautifully well. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Happy Mother’s Day, Graceful and Gorgeous Queen.
You are absolutely AMAZING! 🥇
With all my💕🤗😘
