  2. Get Close to God. I personally believe that my closer walk with God has helped me live a stress-free life. I am quite confident that a lot of people also find that their belief in God has helped relieve reduce stress levels considerably. If you don’t attend church regularly, I encourage you to re-examine yourself. Find a place and time in the day or night to spend time communing with God and build a relationship with Him. A relationship with God will not only put your life in order but also give you inner peace and joy.
  3. Get a brief nap. Having a nap is a great way to reset your brain and rejuvenate yourself. You may have to try out different timings for your naps as there isn’t a duration that’s a best solution for everyone. I personally find that if I nap for too long, I feel quite woozy and irritable. You can start with a straightforward notebook if you make it a daily habit, you will reap the benefits.   7. Listen to your favourite music. Music is a highly effective way to alter your emotions. With the right choice of music, you can make yourself feel happy, sad, energized, or angry. Choose your music wisely and keep it handy. Repeat the same music over and over if it makes you happy.
  8. Make a list of solutions. You get stressed because you worry about the future. Instead of worrying, make a list of ways to deal with what is bothering you. You’ll reduce stress levels if you concentrate on what you can do to resolve your challenges.
