    So many people get messed up by the “just think positive thoughts” approach to mental illness, and they end up on the exact same merry-go-round — it seems to work for a bit, but then things just get worse. It’s because it feels false when you try to do that. I do agree with your list and I just need to reflect more on what I do. Burnout, mood swings and stress always got me big time.
